When it comes to attaching devices like star LED modules to heatsinks, it's often not easy as they don't have screw eyes like a TO220 transistor package. Using this thermal transfer tape, it's a breeze. The material is self adhesive and provides good thermal conductivity making it easy for chipsets, LED modules, memory modules etc.
