Connector configuration
The threaded female end accepts a standard F-type male coaxial cable connector. The push-on male end fits directly over a standard F-type female socket, allowing the cable to be connected and removed without repeatedly turning its threaded coupling nut.
Connector gender is determined by the centre contact—not by whether the outside of the connector has visible threads. The externally threaded end is an F female connector because it contains a female centre contact.

Compatibility
The adapter is designed for use with standard 75Ω F-type coaxial connections. The equipment must have an F-type female socket for the push-on end to fit correctly.
This is not an IEC/PAL/Belling-Lee television aerial adapter and is not intended for RCA, BNC or other similarly shaped coaxial connectors.
Important information
• This adapter does not terminate bare coaxial cable. The cable must already have an F-type male connector fitted.
• The push-on connection is convenient for frequent connection and removal but does not lock as firmly as a fully threaded F connector.
• Confirm that the equipment socket is a standard F-type female connection before purchasing.
• No weather seal is incorporated, so protected indoor use is recommended.
