Compatibility
The DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver Module with Heatsink is compatible with a wide range of bipolar stepper motors, including most NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 models. It works seamlessly with popular development platforms such as Arduino Uno, Mega, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and CNC shields. Its Pololu/A4988 footprint ensures drop-in compatibility with many 3D printer and CNC controller boards.
It is not compatible with unipolar stepper motors. Cooling is required when driving currents above 1.5A per coil.
