The 1 Watt 8 ohm 30x20x4mm compact dynamic speaker with leads is a tiny rectangular/oval moving-coil loudspeaker designed for low-power audio output in compact electronics such as tablets, notebooks, embedded modules, small model railway sound decoders, and DIY electronics projects.

It uses a dynamic (moving coil) mechanism: a voice coil in a magnetic field moves a lightweight diaphragm to produce sound from an electrical signal.
