Trouble Shooting Hints-'N'-Tips:
1 Ensure that an adequate compatible power supply is connected and that the Red Power 'PWR' LED Indicator is illuminated. The HDMI Audio Extractor requires a power supply that outputs 5 Volts DC at no less than 1 Amp or 1000mA. The DC Jack Plug has an Overall Diameter of 5.5mm, Inner Diameter Pin of 2.1mm and is has a Positive '+' Center Pin.
2 Ensure that the source HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI IN port. While setting up ensure that the HDMI source is supplying audio. Ensure that neither the input or output HDMI cable does not exceed 15 meters in length.
3 Ensure that an Audio output is connected to the RCA or SPDIF / TosLink Port.
4 Confirm the setting of the ARC (Audio Return Channel) switch and the 3-way ADV/2CH/5.1CH audio mode switch. Try each mode.
