This is a parts kit and requires assembly.

Copy .D64 or .D71 images from a PC to a real Commodore floppy disk drive.
Copy .D64 or. D71 images from a real Commodore floppy disk drive to a PC.
Copy single files in both directions.

The XM1541 multitask cable is a serial cable that connects Commodore disk drives and computers to a PC parallel port. It's been designed to work in all modes of all parallel ports on many PC motherboards. It's compatible with most parallel ports and with all Commodore machines and drives and clones that have the usual serial bus port.

The cable is supported by the PC software cbm4linux, OpenCBM/cbm4win and The Star Commander.

Package includes:

4 Diodes.
1 DB25 shell.
1 DB25 solder connector.
1 Serial IEC-Port connector.
2 Lengths of black heat-shrink tubing.
1 1.5 Meter length of 4 Core + foil and drain wire cable.
