- Ensure that a suitable power supply is used. The Power Supply must be 5 Volt DC with a minimum Current Rating of 2 Amps.
- Avoid long cables as this can degrade the video signal. Ideally, use screened cables as short as is feasible.
- Try switching the converter boards input from the default Auto Scan input to a Manual Input. The left-most 'SW' switch is used to change the input signal between the Ypbpr/RGBS/RGBHV modes. Note: This operation does not work when you have opened OSD (On Screen Display) menu.
- Try setting the Monitor to Manual input select as opposed to Auto.
- Try powering the Monitor Off and then On while the converter board signal is being supplied in an effort to let the Monitor self-calibrate to the input signal.
- Try an alternative 'known-good' late-model monitor.
